facility will service both
its EU retail and wholesale
customer base, as well
as the areas where the
distribution had previously
been handled by Korda EU.
This huge development will
give EU retail customers
a direct point of contact
to a dedicated sales and
marketing team, as well
as improved product
availability and faster
delivery times throughout
mainland Europe.
In addition to the territories
Cipher currently services
directly from its Slovakian
facility, Germany, France
and the Benelux region
will now benefi t from a
dedicated local territory
account manager, as well
as a full-time local media
manager, along with a team
of anglers in each area to
help infl uence sales and
promote the brands through
all channels.

Outdoor Expo, giving
the tackle trade another
welcome shot in the arm.
Attracted by the latest
products from the ICAST
show, strong margins and
some enticing deals, more
retailers than ever made
their way to Orlando’s
Rosen Centre Hotel last
month (September).
Big Rock’s vice-president
of merchandising, Bob
Hunter, said, “Several
retailers mentioned that
we had the best Hot Profi t
selection and deals they’ve
seen, and many have
attended our shows for more
than 10 years.”
A string of products
launched at ICAST this
summer were also unveiled
to Big Rock customers for
the fi rst time in Orlando.
Bob continued, “All of

attendance with deals as
well, and this contributed
to many of our customers
coming away with feelings
of excitement toward
