“MTC Optics was created to meet
a need that wasn’t being fulfi lled
by other scope makers,’ says
head of MTC business development, Tony
Belas.
“Although there are, no doubt, more
than enough scopes on the market, it’s a
fact that most of the larger marques have a
bewildering array of scopes; some ranges run
to many hundreds of diff erent models. MTC
Optics did not want to be like that, we just
felt that all that was needed was a tidy range
of scopes with no more or no less features
that would be useful but at a price that
would allow the company to make a great
product yet still be aff ordable.”
Over the years, MTC has found and
worked with many diff erent suppliers and in
time settled on trustworthy manufacturers
that turn in-house designs from MTC’s
small design team into reality. Because MTC
is a relatively small company, scopes are
made in batches of hundreds, not thousands,
but MTC should always represent a smart
choice, good quality and the team feels
it will be diff erent enough to be worth
considering.
MTC Optics looks after its customers
explained Tony, who has recently moved into
a new role at the company.
He continued, “We care about after-sales
service and every sensible enquiry gets an
answer. We make the eff ort to support the
shooters who support us. As a result, MTC
has become something of a family with our
customers and resellers. Other companies
have set out with the same ideals in the past
but, when they get bigger, the ideals slip;
this is where MTC Optics is today, off ering
world class customer service.”
DIVERSE AND UNIQUE

Connect, which is a short eye-relief scope
that doubles the fi eld of vision to that of a
