ALPS celebrates
25 years
ALPS Brands, manufacturer of

25th anniversary this year.
Since its inception in 1993
by outdoor gear designer and
company founder Dennis Brune,
ALPS Brands has become
an innovation and customer

blinds and broad-performance
camping equipment and furniture.
Founder Brune enjoyed a
successful career with technical
mountaineering manufacturer
Kelty, where he moved from
product development to sales and
marketing, then to management,
but saw a void he needed to fi ll.
He had a vision of an outdoor
gear company that would deliver
high-quality, innovative products
priced within a comfortable reach
of the everyday outdoorsman.
In essence, this meant premium
outdoor products whose
performance exceeded the
expectations of their price points.
Th is philosophy, combined with
focused attention to delivering
exceptional customer service
and dealer on-time delivery,
has resulted in ALPS Brands
becoming a market leader in the

Blue Heron Communications,

has promoted Jordan Egli to
director of digital marketing.
Jordan will oversee eff orts to
increase client lead generation
including content creation
such as graphic design, blogs
and video production to social
media management, analytics,
advertising, SEO, AdWords and
other digital initiatives.

the digital marketing world,”
said Gary Giudice, President
and founder of the agency.
“Our profession has seen
many changes over the past
few years and Blue Heron
Communications has always

ahead of the curve. Egli has
been instrumental in our current
digital marketing eff orts and
will continue to expand our
capabilities through management
and new-hire recruiting.”
Egli has a degree in marketing
from the University of
Oklahoma and began his career
at Blue Heron Communications
in 2016. Prior to his role as
Director of Digital Marketing
Egli held the position of
Account Executive / Digital
Marketing Specialist.
