Popular French
book released in
English
Les Éditions
du Plateau
is pleased to
announce the
publication
in English
of its French
bestseller
about
reloading
called, “Cartridge Handloading”.
It sold more than 3,000 copies
in French in less than a year.
Th e aim of the book is to
explain the subject with a
diff erent point of view than
the one usually seen. Th ere is a
brief history about the metallic
cartridge and the description
of its components (the primer,
the case, the powder, the
bullet) and the various tools
used for handloading. Th e
detailed description of advanced
handloading procedures and
die adjustments departs from
the usual specialized literature
and will allow the production
of ammunition totally adapted
to a specifi c fi rearm, using the
standard reloading tables of the
powder manufacturers. Cartridge
conversions, ballistics, security of
the shooters and on the range are
not forgotten. Th e last chapter
is devoted to a short description
of the automatic and semiautomatic
fi rearms operations.

LONE WOLF DISTRIBUTORS ANNOUNCES GREY MAN GUN
Lone Wolf Distributors has announced
a collaboration with Kevin Michalowski,
editor of US Concealed Carry Magazine.
Kevin had an idea for a pistol that
embodies the principles of the “grey man”
as he describes them: “An individual who
possess all the skills and mindset to pass
nearly unnoticed in any situation. He does
not stand out. He hides his true skills until
they are needed. But then he is ready when
called upon.”
With that idea in mind, the Grey
Man Gun was created with a blend of
performance-oriented features that optimize
a compact defensive pistol for self-defence

use. Like its owner, the Grey Man Gun
hides its true skills and potential under an
unassuming outward appearance. Devoid
of fanfare, the Grey Man Gun simply looks
like many other compact carry pistols, but is
secretly packed with upgraded features.
Upgrades include a custom confi gured
AlphaWolf Slide, G19 length Lone Wolf
barrel with a custom cut barrel crown, FDE
PVD coating on both slide and barrel,
lightweight fi ring pin, tungsten guide rod,
and complete Lone Wolf small parts kits in
the upper and lower receivers.
For a limited time, the Grey Man Gun
will be available as a complete pistol. But
if you would like to upgrade an existing
Glock, all components can be purchased
individually to complete your own Grey
Man Gun.
Founded in 1998, Lone Wolf Distributors
has easily established itself as the leading
Glock accessory supplier. QC starts with
mill run quantities of raw materials.
“Our in-house engineers utilize CAD
design, exploiting exacting CNC tolerance
control at all manufacturing levels,” said a
Lone Wolf Distributors spokesperson. “Our
dynamic website displays real time, accurate
inventory control allowing the vast majority
of orders to process and ship the same day.”
Rigby has signed up to make
the annual £750 donation as a
corporate supporter. Each £750
donation allows the charity to
donate 500 meals.
Marc Newton, Rigby’s
managing director, said: “I’ve
been really impressed with the
work that Th e Country Food
Trust has done so far. What it
has achieved for people in food
poverty in just three years is
remarkable. It is setting bold and
ambitious goals over the next
fi ve years and Rigby is proud to
be playing a part as a corporate
supporter for this great cause.”
Tim Woodward, chief
executive of Th e Country Food
Trust, added: “I am absolutely
delighted that John Rigby &
Co. has become a corporate
supporter of Th e Country Food
Trust. We have now produced
over 130,000 meals for people
in need and could not have done
that without our wonderful
corporate supporters. We
welcome Marc Newton and his
team at John Rigby & Co. and
thank them for their generosity
and support.”
